Successful REALTORS® have one thing in common - involvement; Involvement in community, involvement in company and involvement in local (and sometimes national) real estate associations.

One of the many benefits of getting involved is that you can help shape the nature and speed of change and reform that directly benefit the communities and families you serve. At Coldwell Banker Advantage, we are very proud of our agents’ involvement. Beyond the thousands of hours of community service performed by our agents, we were are further honored to remind everyone of a prior announcement that a total of 6 agents in our Coldwell Banker Advantage family were elected as presidents of their local REALTORS® associations. These include Bruce Gates (Goldsboro-Wayne County Association of REALTORS®), John McPherson (Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS®), Cindy Johnston Brown (Johnston County Association of REALTORS®), Gaye Orr (Raleigh-Wake Home Builders Association), Wallace Peiffer (Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®), and Lewis Grubbs (Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS®) for 2020.

Today, we are pleased to continue our position as one of North Carolina’s more engaged real estate firms by announcing an emerging group of leaders who will be running for leadership positions in the coming year. Christina Norman will be running for Raleigh Regional Association Board of Directors, Madelyn Kunow will be running to be on the Finance & Budget Committee for NC REALTORS®, and our current presidents, Bruce Gates and John McPherson, will be running for Regional Vice President positions for NC REALTORS® in regions 3 and 6 respectively. We will share the voting information for each when it becomes available.

Please join us in thanking our current and future leaders for their continuous hard work and dedication to be active participants in the future of our industry.
