We're thrilled to announce that Bruce Gates, Broker-in-Charge of our Goldsboro office, has been honored with the Region 3 Service Award from NC REALTORS®!

Given to him because of his contributions to the community, state, and the Goldsboro-Wayne County Association of REALTORS® (GWCAR), this award represents his dedication and commitment to delivering top-notch expertise at a higher standard to his clients.

Bruce has many accomplishments. After nearly 28 years in the military, he has dedicated himself to real estate and the GWCAR. He has held many roles, including Association President (2012 & 2020), Realtor of the Year (2013 & 2021), NCAR Region 3 Vice President (2015-2016), NCAR RPAC Trustee (2013 - 2018), NC Realtors RPAC Vice Chair (2019), Association President-Elect (2019), NC Realtors RPAC Chair (2020), and NC Realtors Region 3 Vice President (2021-2022).

Bruce has demonstrated unparalleled dedication, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping his clients find their dream homes and achieve their real estate goals.
