Celebrating Lewis Grubbs: Inducted into the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Hall of Fame

We are excited to announce that Lewis Grubbs has been inducted into the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) Hall of Fame, honoring his exemplary leadership and contributions to the real estate profession.

Lewis began his real estate career in 1997 after a successful stint in retail management and training, inspired by a positive home-buying experience. In 2005, Lewis became the Broker-in-Charge of Coldwell Banker Advantage’s Wake Forest office, where he excelled in recruiting, training, and mentoring his team.

A leader within RRAR, Lewis has served on the Board of Directors since 2010, as President in 2020, and as a volunteer instructor, championing ethics and professionalism. He has also contributed significantly to committees focused on professional standards, government affairs, and community outreach, including chairing the Public Policy Sub-Committee and serving on the REALTOR® Foundation of Wake County board.

In 2020, Lewis launched the impactful "Making Room at the Table" initiative, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within RRAR. This effort led to the creation of a DEI Director position and the evolution of the DEI Committee.

At the state level, Lewis has served as an NCR Director since 2011 and chaired the NCR Forms Committee. His leadership as Region 10 RVP from 2022-2023 further highlights his dedication to advancing the industry.

Lewis’s induction into the Hall of Fame recognizes his extraordinary commitment to service, mentorship, and advocacy. Please join us in celebrating this well-deserved achievement!
