Real estate, just like most other industries, has its share of awards and rankings. A lot of them don't mean that much, but the REAL Trends Five Hundred is by far and away the most trusted and revered.
 
It ranks the largest real estate companies in the U.S. by sides and sales volume and we are again thrilled to be counted as one of the nation's leaders.
 
Our company participated in 16,007 transaction sides (there are two sides of every home sale - buyer and seller). And when you add up the value of what these homes sold for, we get our incredible $3.68 BILLION in sales volume.
 
We finished 2018 as the second largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the nation by transaction sides, number one Coldwell Banker franchise in NC, and were ranked by REAL Trends as the 21st largest company in the U.S. for sides and 45th largest in sales volume.
