Jennifer was referred to us by our agent in California when we sold our house there and she was excellent to work with. Took the time to meet with us to understand what we desired and showed us many houses. Over the few weeks we worked with her she was very patient with us as our needs kept getting refined and we changed our mind! Ultimately we expanded our search area and found a house we were satisfied with. She meet with us frequently throughout this process and was very accommodating in working around our availability and desire to see homes quickly upon new listings being seen. After we found our home she helped to expedite the offer and negotiations and ultimately we settled a price below the asking price. Once we had a signed contract she was also very involved to ensure all the necessary and expected inspections occurred. Upon closing she has also been very helpful in providing references for work we would like get done in our home before we move in. (Work included electrical, painting, flooring and general handyman repairs.) We would recommend anyone looking to partner with a realtor to work with Jennifer due to her knowledge of the market and the all around support that she has provided.

Working with Jennifer was a joy! While we didn’t purchase a home (this time) and only rented, she was still so eager to help us get into a rental property in a great area. She went out of her way multiple afternoons for us and drove around Wake County to show us rentals. And keep in mind, she did it at no cost to us. With only the promise of a small commission for referring us to the rental if we picked one. That’s just good business. We will remember her in the future! Jennifer helped our family transition to the Triangle area during the unprecedented 2020/2021 real estate market. Three words I would use to describe Jennifer during the process: professional, patient and responsive. She kept us informed throughout the process beginning with a kick-off meeting to discuss what to expect. We then explored different neighborhoods in the triangle to get a feel for the area. After narrowing down the specific locations we were interested in, we toured dozens of homes until we were ready to submit offers. We are so happy with our home and feel like we won the lottery in terms of neighborhoods to raise a family. We would recommend Jennifer if you're looking for agents in the area. Thank you, Jennifer!

It was and still is a very competitive market for buyers, and no matter how many times the thought crept into my mind that I would never find a home, she reassured us we would! Aside from this we moved from Washington State to NC (big move) right before the Holiday Season in 2019. Was the cleanest and quickest closing we have ever had so far. Absolutely can recommend her fine real estate services to anyone with any budget. Jeffrey J Rinz

Jennifer Coleman is a very personable, caring and knowledgeable real estate professional. There was not one question that Jennifer did not know, and we asked lots of questions. She gave honest and detailed answers. She was with us every step of the way from the beginning of our house search to the closing on our house. Jennifer was always available and willing to help with anything you would ask of her. She never made you feel that you were a pest (even though we knew we were), there was always a genuine smile on her face. Jennifer couldn't help you enough. She is a wonderful Real Estate Professional. My husband and I truly enjoyed working with her. If you are lucky enough to work with Jennifer on your house search, rest assured -- 'you are in caring and the best hands'.

Been through this process several times and Jennifer has been, by far, the best agent I have worked with. Jennifer has a vast knowledge of the area and regulations. She was helpful with answering everything from how to activate utilities to where to find the applications for school, and even things like finding the best spots for dining. Jennifer made sure the seller addressed all concerns in a timely manner and made the whole process easier for us. She knows what it takes to provide best in class customer service.

I was referred to Jennifer and I am so glad! We received over asking on our home with multiple offers in less than a 24 hour period. She handled negotiations very well and always had OUR best interest in mind, not her commission. In addition to selling our home quickly and for top dollar, she helped us find our new home and again negotiated down the price to where we were comfortable. I am a very detailed person and Jennifer was always one step ahead of me, which I greatly appreciated and took a lot of stress off me during the whole process! If you are in the market for a realtor reach out to Jennifer. Your sanity and bank account will thank you!

Jennifer helped us sell and buy our homes. She was very helpful in the selling process with suggestions on how to get the house ready. We had many open houses and sold in a month. Jennifer also knew a lot about new construction and was very helpful ushering us through the buying process

Jennifer was phenomenal to work with when she sold our home this past year. We were very anxious about putting our home on the market and she streamlined the entire process for us. She is professional, organized and is always available. Jennifer was able to sale our home within the week for full-asking price. We would highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling their home.

My husband and I were first-time land buyers. Jennifer gave us great advice at every stage of the process. She's a strong negotiator, responds quickly to calls and emails, and made us feel like we were her only clients. She is personable, knowledgeable, professional, and experienced which adds up to everything you want or need in a real estate agent! I would recommend Jennifer to anyone without reservation.

Jennifer was my Realtor the last two times I have purchased homes. I have purchased 5 homes in my life time and ALL of the other Realtors don’t even come close to her expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend her if you want someone that will lookout for you during the entire process. The most recent house I purchased was a new construction and without all her experience I would have lost out on deals she negotiated, repairs and other options during the build process. Thank you again for helping my family find the perfect home.

Jennifer Coleman is a great agent to work with. Her hard work and attention to detail were incredible. Her extensive knowledge of the area enabled us to locate our ideal neighborhood quickly. She listened to our requests and feedback to make sure that we looked at houses that fit our needs. When it came to negotiation, she helped us to put together a competitive offer that allowed us to get an amazing price on our dream home plus several extras! We are so happy with our new home and grateful to have had such a knowledgeable and capable agent to help us with this process.

Jennifer has been both our selling and buying agent and has been nothing but professional and outstanding in representing our needs and desires on both ends. For many people, this is the biggest investment of their life and Jennifer has been there to help make things go smoothly and lessen the anxiety of the process. She has fought and argued FOR us to make sure what was/has been agreed upon is what is delivered. I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer to anyone wanting to relocate to or in the area.

I am well aware I may not be the easiest client she may have had. I expect a lot and I have expectations that are pretty high, especially when it comes to my most expensive investment. That being said, Jennifer NEVER showed ruffled feathers and was always the professional I needed and wanted. She went above and beyond for us in many ways and her suggestions were always solid. I would highly recommend Jennifer for buying OR selling since she represents us on both ends.

Jennifer was very helpful with our purchase of our new home. She has much knowledge about new construction homes, and the entire process of it. She was always available with information when she was called upon. She walked through with my husband and I on the first walk through of our new home, before the actual closing. She helped to point out anything she felt that was necessary for improving or fixing before closing. I would recommend her to anyone in the market for purchasing a home.

Jennifer Coleman was both our buying and selling agent from Jan 2015-Aug 2015. I can honestly say she is one of the best in the business, is a complete natural, and works ridiculously hard for each and every client she has. Things that some agents might have overlooked, she quickly recognized. No detail or request was ever too small for her, and she made herself available at all times. Jennifer really goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of but if you were to ask her, she isn't doing anything exceptional- she's doing what she thinks every client deserves as a baseline. Her attention to detail is bar none, and even the brochures and flyers provided for our selling property were unlike any I had see other agents use before. If you're going to go through the buying or selling process, Jennifer Coleman is the agent you will want on your side, hands down! We don't plan on moving again, but should life throw us a curve ball and we do, she will absolutely be the first phone call we make!

Jennifer came into our home before we listed it and provided additional items to address before listing was done. She was always very courteous and professional with her suggestions for improving the marketability of our home. We valued her expertise and completed the improvements and she was absolutely invaluable with the selling of our home. Jennifer marketed our home with a flair that just blew us away. The moment we met her we knew we had found a gem! The photography, the flyers and everything she did to market and sell our home was heads above what I was used to seeing from viewing other properties. From the moment the house was listed on the market to the accepted contract was phenomenal. The house was on the market a total of 14 days, we had 11 viewings and 4 offers to come in and a contract was signed. I can truly say what a pleasant experience she made the sale of our home guiding us thru the complicated process!! I promise you WILL NOT be disappointed!

From start to finish she worked with us through the entire process of getting our home prepared to be put on the market to the completion of sale. She was very clearly able to identify for us what improvements we needed to make and what were not necessary. I can attest that we got more than double the money back for the improvements made. She and her assistant Roberta were very responsive to our needs. She has a very well-established group of contractors that we worked with on home repairs and upgrades. Jennifer and Roberta did a fabulous job on the website created for our house. The pictures taken and the video made were very professional in quality.
